Then your booking is held by GetYourGuide or the relevant provider, not by us. Cancellations, rebookings, refunds and a ticket that hasn't arrived are all handled via the booking confirmation in your inbox — it has the direct line to customer service and the operator. The same applies if you can't find the meeting point: the guide's contact details are in the same email.

Can I cancel through you?

No. Whether a cancellation is possible depends on the ticket: the admission ticket for the Neues Museum is non-refundable, guided tours are usually cancellable free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. The differences are covered under All tickets.
